Policy overview: Heavy users get more power but must follow stricter guardrails, including mandatory training, cost caps, batch processing and monthly reviews.

What you need to do:
• Complete the designated power-user training before you get elevated access.
• Use batch jobs or off‑peak processing for non‑urgent tasks.
• Respect per-user and per‑team cost caps; your usage is monitored and reviewed monthly.
• Attend a monthly review of usage, errors and cost metrics with your team lead.

Owner & exceptions: Team leads and the policy owner approve heavy-user access and track any exceptions.
