A focused operating review

Control & Delivery Review

We follow one important route through ownership, approvals, access, suppliers, releases or operational actions, support and evidence. The aim is to find where the written requirement and the working route have drifted apart.

What we follow

One route, end to end.

  1. Ownership
  2. Approvals
  3. Access
  4. Suppliers
  5. Releases or operational actions
  6. Support
  7. Evidence

Who the review is for

Regulated firms and technology-led organisations where an important route crosses commercial ownership, technology, operations, suppliers or control functions and needs to work in practice.

Situations that suggest a review may be useful

  • A release or submission depends on informal knowledge
  • Approvals or access have unclear ownership
  • Support and recovery were considered late
  • Evidence is assembled after the work
  • A supplier hand-off is important but weakly owned

What information Bagh Co needs

  • The requirement, commitment or decision being followed
  • The people and organisations involved
  • Relevant procedures, tickets, approvals and system records
  • A recent real example, including exceptions or workarounds

What the client receives

  • A clear map of the route reviewed
  • Weak ownership or hand-offs identified
  • Control and support gaps
  • Missing or fragile evidence
  • Prioritised first fixes
  • Decisions requiring named ownership

Practical first fixes

We identify the smallest changes that make ownership, delegation, access, support, recovery or evidence clearer. The first fix may be a decision, a workflow change, a technical control or a better record created during normal work.

Possible follow-on work

Where useful, we can support Fractional CTO leadership, Microsoft Azure governance, architecture, remediation or controlled software delivery. Follow-on work is agreed separately and is not assumed.

What the review does not provide

It does not provide legal advice, a certification, an audit opinion or a guarantee that every weakness will produce a breach, outage or regulatory event.

Bagh Co is not a legal or compliance adviser. We work alongside legal, compliance, corporate-services and internal teams when the requirement is understood but ownership, workflow, system controls and evidence still need to work in practice.

Choose one route

Start with the route creating the most uncertainty.
